Officials from Take-Two Interactive publishing label 2K have announced that it is to publish Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution on next generation consoles and handhelds next spring, with no PC version apparently being planned.Īlthough there have been console versions of the Civilization franchise before, none have been produced directly by Meier, and have never proven as successful as the PC iterations.
